Deep creative background: My passion for and expertise in digital design is a continuation of my formal training in fine arts. I brought my increasingly unique skill set to my previous employers as head of their creative departments; spearheading all creative initiatives including interactive applications, internet, print, displays, presentations, webcast, proposals, advertising, and special events. I am an expert-level user of all major graphics software. My previous teams consistently won national industry competitions showcasing our designs. 

 

Strong Project Management Abilities:

 

In my tenure at Hazen and Sawyer, I led production of over a thousand presentations (Power Point, printed proposals, and more)-vying for contracts worth up to $200+ million in a fast-paced, highly competitive market with a strong success rate! I worked directly with the CEO and Senior executives, while leading a dedicated department of seven top creative personnel at our in-house agency. I served as a vendor liaison and moderated timelines of initiatives across groups in the firm. I am technically proficient and maintained all department work stations including commercial grade printing equipment. 

 

Creating Cost-Cutting Initiatives:

 

I worked tirelessly with vendors and freelancers to continually lower costs—while still beating deadlines. With efficient time management we were able to produce nearly all materials in-house from concept to final product resulting in large savings.
